Little Goober Studios (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Starlit Stage, a mobile game available through Google Play.
This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you use Starlit Stage, how that information is used, when it may be shared with service providers, how long it may be retained, and the choices available to you.
Starlit Stage does not require you to provide your real name, mailing address, or phone number to play.

Our service providers may process technical information needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the game, including device information, IP address, app version, operating-system information, crash or diagnostic information, and network/request metadata.
Starlit Stage relies on third-party services that may process information on our behalf or under their own applicable privacy terms.
Starlit Stage contains ads.
Advertising providers may use device identifiers, IP-derived general location, ad interactions, diagnostic information, and similar data for purposes such as delivering ads, measuring ad performance, analytics, security, and fraud prevention, subject to applicable law and user consent choices.

In-app purchases are processed by Google Play.
We use purchase information supplied by Google Play to verify purchases, grant purchased virtual items or entitlements, prevent duplicate processing, and respond to refunds, revocations, or chargebacks.
We do not receive your full payment-card or banking information.
We may share or allow processing of information by service providers when necessary to operate Starlit Stage, provide advertising, process purchases, secure the game, and maintain backend services.
We do not directly sell personal information for money.
We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, security, and integrity of Starlit Stage, our users, or others.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect game and account information.
Game systems use authenticated server requests and server-side validation for protected progression, rewards, virtual currency, purchases, and other sensitive game state. Data transmitted to major service providers is generally protected in transit using encrypted connections such as TLS/HTTPS.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
We retain game-account and server-side gameplay information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Starlit Stage, preserve player progress, maintain transaction integrity, prevent abuse or duplicate claims, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and support legitimate business and security needs.
Some transaction, fraud-prevention, purchase-verification, or security records may be retained for a longer period when reasonably necessary for those purposes.
Third-party service providers may retain information according to their own retention policies and legal obligations.

Because Starlit Stage may use an automatically generated anonymous player identifier rather than a conventional username/password account, we may need information that reasonably allows us to locate the correct game account before processing a deletion request.
Where applicable, deletion requests will be handled subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, transaction-record, and other legitimate retention requirements.
Starlit Stage is intended for the audience identified in its applicable app-store listing and is not designed to knowingly request a child’s real name, home address, phone number, or other direct contact information as a condition of gameplay.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us in a manner that requires parental consent or deletion under applicable law, please contact us using the privacy contact listed above.
Our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required by law, appropriate safeguards may apply to those transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy when Starlit Stage, our service providers, or applicable legal requirements change.
When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the game, store listing, or another appropriate method.
